| Scrum | Scrum ist ein Rahmenwerk, innerhalb dessen Teams ihre Vorgehensweise kontinuierlich verbessern können. Von allen Agile-Frameworks ist Scrum das mit Abstand beliebteste, weshalb die Begriffe Scrum und Agile oft fälschlicherweise als Synonyme angesehen werden. Scrum ist agil, weil es auf Mehrwert ausgerichtet ist, iterativ konzipiert ist und auf Empirie basiert. Charakteristisch für Scrum ist, dass es große Themen in kleine Projekte mit fester Länge aufteilt. Ein solches Projekt wird in Scrum als Sprint bezeichnet. Scrum ist ein Begriff, der aus dem Rugbysport stammt. In einem Gedränge steckten beide Rugby-Teams ihre Köpfe zusammen. Auch im Scrum-Framework stecken Sie täglich Ihre Köpfe zusammen. Das nennt man Daily Scrum. Scrum wird häufig für Software oder Produkte eingesetzt, von denen der Kunde oder Anwender noch nicht weiß, was er will und bei denen man durch „Learning by Doing“ die Anforderungen und Wünsche besser beschreiben und in nutzbare Software oder Produkte umsetzen kann. Oft weiß man erst, was man will, wenn man den Prototyp sieht und dann werden die Anforderungen angepasst. Scrum verfügt über die Flexibilität, mit sich spät ändernden Anforderungen und Wünschen umzugehen. Scrum fällt unter die agile Softwareentwicklung. |
