IPMA (International Project Management Association) is a global organization that promotes project, program, and portfolio management through certification, competence frameworks, and professional development. IPMA offers a four-level certification model (A–D) based on the IPMA Individual Competence Baseline (ICB).
IPMA emphasizes leadership, behavior, and context in addition to technical project management skills. It is widely used in Europe and offers certifications recognized by government and industry.
