ISO 27000

ISO 27000 refers to a family of international standards for information security management developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). These standards provide best practices for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS).

ITIL

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a widely adopted framework for IT Service Management (ITSM). It provides a set of best practices for aligning IT services with business needs, improving service quality, and managing the entire service lifecycle.

IPMA

IPMA (International Project Management Association) is a global organization that promotes project, program, and portfolio management through certification, competence frameworks, and professional development. IPMA offers a four-level certification model (A–D) based on the IPMA Individual Competence Baseline (ICB).
